See e-invoices, e-way bills and bills read for every client, the full credit history, and download it as CSV. A low-credit email reminds you to top up.
Activity log
Every sign-in, client opened, employee change and fee, by you and your team. Changes inside a client are recorded under the name of whoever made them.

Partner questions
Who can become a CA Partner?
Members of ICAI. You sign up with your membership number, which is verified before KhataVisors approves your account.
Do my clients need their own login?
No. You and your employees work on your clients from your own logins. Pick a client and press "Work on this client".
What does it cost?
Your first 5 clients are free. Each further client is ₹1,500 + GST per year, paid from your credits. e-Invoices, e-way bills and AI purchase-bill reading use credits at the rates shown in your portal.
How do I add credits?
Open "Recharge", choose an amount and pay by UPI or bank transfer. Enter the UTR or transaction reference, and credits are added once we see the payment.
What happens when credits run out?
e-Invoices, e-way bills and bill reading stop until you recharge. Billing keeps working. We email you when your credits run low.
Are credits used when a client is in GST test mode?
No. Nothing is used while a client works in GST test mode.
How do I earn commission?
On the paid plans your referred clients buy: 25% in their first year and 20% every year after, as long as they stay on KhataVisors.
Can my employees sign in?
Yes. Each employee signs in at CA Partner sign-in with their own employee ID and password, and sees only the clients you assign them.
