Common questions
Which printer do I need?
Any Bluetooth thermal printer works with the KhataVisors Android app. On a Windows PC, the free print helper prints bills straight to your printer with no print window. A4 GST invoices print on any normal printer.
Can I bring my items and customers from Excel?
Yes. Use "Import from Excel" on the Products and Customers pages to add them all at once, and enter old khata and supplier dues as opening balances.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the sign-in page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email. A reset link arrives by email.
Who can see my business data?
Only your business. Each business sees only its own bills and customers. Give every staff member their own login with the right role, and turn on two-step verification.
Can I use it on more than one device?
Yes. Install KhataVisors on your PC, Android phone or tablet and sign in. Your bills and data are the same on every device.
How do I send bills on WhatsApp?
On the Enterprise plan, type the customer's mobile number while billing and keep "Send bill on WhatsApp" ticked.
